We are a small multifaceted development company designing, building, renovating, and buying land in Central Oregon. We have been building better places to live for the last 10 years and are growing consistently year after year. We started out in 2010 buying distressed homes and renovating them which we continue to do here in Bend, OR. We also help facilitate immediate home sales when homeowners need to sell their home quickly for cash.
